Boehm’s Candies Chocolate Making Classes!
Due to Covid-19 precautions we have had to alter how we conduct classes through 2021.

Who: Adults and best for children 8 years and up
When: Generally held on Saturdays and Sundays @ 2:30 pm & Thursdays @ 3:30 or 4:00 pm, depending on staffing. However, if you have a different day or time in mind, please don’t hesitate to ask. (classes are approximately two hours)
Where: Boehm’s Candies Candy Kitchen, 255 NE Gilman Blvd., Issaquah, WA 98027
What: The class begins with a tour of our factory and an explanation of how chocolate is made. After seeing how we make our many different types of candies, you’ll have the opportunity to create your own chocolate masterpieces! Participants will make their own chocolate mold, clusters, soft centers, rocky road, and even decorate a chocolate bar with piping and decorations. While your chocolates are drying we will take you on a tour of the chalet where our founder, Julius Boehm, lived. The class will finish off back in the kitchen where you’ll package your goodies – over 1 ½ pounds of chocolate (a $45.00 value)!
Cost: $65 per person with a $250 minimum for up to 8 people in your party for the FULL class listed above. $45 per person with a $200 minimum for up to 8 people for a Partial class (soft center, one cluster, rocky road). ($20.00 non-refundable deposit due upon confirming the reservation code given by Boehm’s)
