Request a Tour

We are currently in our off-season for tours and only have available private reservations at $120 for up to 15 people. Tours are NOT available November 15 – December 25, and the two weeks prior to Valentine’s Day & Easter. June is completely booked.

Our public tour season ($8 per person) has ended and will begin again on July 6, 2023. Public tour reservations will be open June 20, 2023.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no production or candy making viewable on weekends or holidays. Additionally, the High Alpine Chapel will not be available for viewing if there is a scheduled event.

To request a private tour, fill out the fields below to submit your inquiry. Submission of this form (or email) is the best method of contact as our tour scheduling department has limited availability. Please allow up to two business days for us to get back with you. For same or next day tour requests, please call us at (425) 392-6652.
A reservation is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation number and submit payment (given to you in the confirmation email). Please check your spam folder if you have not received a confirmation, as sometimes it can be found there.
