We make every effort to ensure that your chocolates are carefully packaged, protected and ready for their journey from our factory to your doorstep!
During our busiest holiday seasons (February and December), please allow up to three business days for processing your order before shipping. Our shipping department does not work over the weekends.
We ship via FedEx. Currently, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses or international addresses.
Orders received Monday – Wednesday** by 12 pm PST will ship the same or next business day (Please note during the holidays it could take additional days to process). Orders received after 12 pm PST on Wednesdays and any time Thursday – Sunday may not ship until Monday or the next business day (we do not ship on holidays)
**During warm weather, orders received after Wednesday 12 pm PST may not ship until Monday to avoid chocolate sitting over the weekend and melting, as FedEx Saver and Express does not deliver on the weekend.

Warm Weather Shipping
Our fine chocolates will begin to get soft and potentially melt at 70 degrees. During the warmer times of the year, we will do everything we can to protect your purchase from melting. We will pack your order with insulation and ice packs and we may also remove the option of ground shipping to certain parts of the country. Please remember, chocolates left outside or on your doorstep in the heat will melt. We strongly recommend expedited shipping (2nd day or next day) for warm weather (above 68*) recipients -these shipments would include ice. If 3 day or ground service is selected we do not issue refunds for melted chocolates. There are no refunds for melted chocolate at any time of the year.
Shipment Return Policy
Boehm’s Candies does not assume responsibility for missing, stolen, or damaged packages once they are delivered to the address that the customer provided. Please double check your address for accuracy, as we are not responsible for returned or undeliverable packages.
Our shipping rates are determined by FedEx based on the weight of your order as well as the recipient’s zip code. You will be able to review the rate for your specific order before finalizing the payment.
