Unlike most chocolate, single origin presentations are made from only one type of bean, each with their own distinct flavors defined over many seasons by the soil and climate in which they grow.

The percentage next to the name indicates the percentage of cacao that particular chocolate contains. The higher the percentage of cacao, the more intense the chocolate flavor.  Each slab weighs a minimum of 500 grams.

Available in the following varieties: Hawaiian 38%, Hawaiian 55%, Hawaiian 70%.

Please note that while we will do our best to package these bars carefully, they are fragile and may break during shipment.
