Firetree 100% Cocoa Bar

New at Boehm’s!  We’re pleased to offer this unique 100% cacao chocolate bar from Malekula Island, Vanuatu.

On remote, volcanic islands, the cacao tree, with its flame-hued pods, is known affectionately as our “firetree”.  Here, in nutrient rich soils, the complex taste notes and long lingering finish of the cocoa are born.  Firetree’s single-estate cocoa beans are carefully fermented and dried in the sun, then whole-roasted low and slow to release their natural flavors.
