Single Origin Box

Unlike most chocolate, single origin presentations are made from only one type of bean, each with their own distinct flavors defined over many seasons by the soil and climate in which they grow.

The percentage next to the name indicates the percentage of cacao that particular chocolate contains. The higher the percentage of cacao, the more intense the chocolate flavor.  Each box weighs 3.5 oz.
