Shipping informationNo delivery to PO boxes 
If you are shipping to an area which reaches 68*or higher, we strongly recommend shipping 2nd Day/Overnight -at which time we will include ice in the package to avoid melting. There are no refunds for melted chocolates.  During the Summer months these may be the only options available to help avoid melting.  Please note the shipping quotes come directly from FedEx based on the products selected.  If you are not selecting an item that will melt in the heat, please give us a call and we can accommodate Express or Home delivery options over the phone.

FedEx Express Saver (3 business days)  *This option does not deliver on weekends

Pick up at Issaquah Factory Store (3 business days) You will receive a call when your order is ready for pick up. Pick up orders placed after 12 pm PST Thursday through Sunday may not be processed until Monday (or next business day if Monday is a holiday).
Orders placed on Wednesdays after 12 pm PST – Sunday may not go out until Monday or next business day to avoid them sitting over the weekend (especially in warm weather areas).  Please allow up to 2 days to process orders for shipping, with an additional day during the holidays.  Our shipping department does not work on the weekends.
